We are the only ones to know the battles we fight inside.  Our mind is made up of light, but also dark thoughts.  We all have our areas of light, but also our darkest corners.  This is the most important basis to understand when you want to start working on yourself.  Each part plays a role in our life.  Ignoring one of these two sides or trying to convince oneself that it does not exist is possible in the short term.  However, sooner or later, we have to face our darker side.  The truth is that we are on earth to estimate, to make a journey, we are all in a continuous process over time.  The path of life is anything but a quiet path, life is full of detours.
